1. Purpose

Lesson fees must be paid before or at the start of each lesson unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Lesson fees are non-refundable, subject to UK law.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 3 hours' notice.
Rescheduled lessons are subject to availability at my discretion.
Lessons cancelled with less than 3 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson fee.
Failure to attend a lesson without notice ('no-show') will be charged at the full lesson fee.

I reserve the right to cancel lessons at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
If I need to cancel at short notice without reasonable grounds, you may receive a credit for a future lesson at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please be ready in time for your lesson.
If you are not ready on time, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other students.

Regular weekly or fortnightly lesson slots can be reserved.
If you no longer wish to continue lessons, please provide at least one week's notice. Refunds will not be provided for any prepaid lessons unless required by applicable law.

Any music, worksheets or resources provided are for your personal use only and must not be copied or distributed without permission.

All students enrolled with me are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Scheme and are eligible to earn associated benefits and rewards. All rewards are subject to availability and stock levels.
As part of the Loyalty Scheme, students become eligible for their 5th reward upon completion of 50 lessons. While every reasonable care will be taken when handling and servicing instruments, I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or deterioration to an instrument arising from the provision of this service, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Gift Vouchers are valid up to the expiration date displayed on the voucher and may only be redeemed against music lessons provided by me.
Lessons are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Standard lesson cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced except at my discretion.
Any remaining balance must be used before the expiry date and cannot be redeemed after expiry.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any voucher suspected of being altered, copied, or obtained fraudulently, and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided such amendments do not affect the statutory rights of the purchaser or recipient.

Refer a friend to me and receive one free music lesson once your referral has completed and paid for their first five lessons.
Referral rewards are limited to one free lesson per new student referred, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no monetary value.
I reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time.

Students are entitled to one free music lesson on their birthday.
The free lesson must be redeemed within two weeks before or two weeks after the student's birthday.
Proof of date of birth may be required.
The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to lesson availability.

Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the booking details and be contactable during lessons.
I hold a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate where applicable.
If you request to see my DBS certificate, I will make every reasonable effort to provide it promptly. If the certificate cannot be presented before or during the scheduled lesson, that lesson will be postponed at no cost to the student. The DBS certificate must be presented before the next scheduled lesson takes place.
It is the parent or guardian's decision whether tuition continues if the DBS certificate is not produced within this timeframe. If the parent or guardian chooses to terminate lessons for this reason, I may, at my discretion, issue a refund for any unused lessons or fees paid in advance.

While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe learning environment, students participate in lessons at their own risk.
I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
